Patch not installing....:(

I'm starting to get irritated at not being able to download the patch.
It goes like this, it starts to install main assets 21 and gets to around 41%-50% then it says something about failed and repair. I click repair and it does Verifying English video and gets through that. Then it goes to Verifying main assets and gets to 50% then just cuts off.
Anyone know a solution?

patched fine for me . and gf. so wish i could help , have u tried the customer service forum at tor site. i know in game tickets see to be an issue with some. So id try the forums u might find otu info there to help u.
