probably 1 and i dont think there is bloody in the game (can't remember). The reason it is likely to only come on 1 cd is that most of the content is streamed, the GW client is minute. Nothing's for certain though, the release date ahsnt been set in stone yet....

PvE in general is pretty lame, if you think long and hard about it. You are spending your time beating a severely gimped AI that would lose to a well trained monkey. Best not to think too long and hard why you are wasting time playing games in general actually...

I don't think there's any blood at all. Nothing even remotely gorey or sickening, really.

No idea how many CD's will ship. They may go ahead and print a large portion of the world on CD's to help out people on 56k connections. But I haven't seen any word from the company at all.

True, but also raises the ESRB rating, which would exclude some paying customers.... They will make more money off a game rated teen, general, or everyone rather than a mature where only people 17 or 18+ can buy it.

You have to remember they want as many people to play the game as possible. And personally, if I had kids, I'd go by the ESRB rating. Sure it may exclude them from playing some games, but the rating is there for a reason, not for eye candy.

IIRC, there are bleeding effects that show when your character has the bleeding condition. Since "bleeding" is a specific condition in the game, it'd probably be a little confusing if your character always bled at low health. There are also other conditions that will slow your running speed. Those make your character limp.
