Woah Blizzard mucked up (ARTHAS AND ILLIDAN MISTAKE)

in World of Warcraft

To all you who have played warcraft 3 frozen throne this is to you,you know near the end arthas hit illidan with his runeblade causing illidan to bleed on the floor (like hes dead) well i just read in the history) of warcraft on WOW site that arthas simply beat illidan to it and illidan ran to outland wtf ?

What happened did blizzard make a mistake omfg it cant be!!!

    When diablo died everyone tought the game was over too....

    Warcraft 3 was the end of the warcraft story and when they finished it they didn't worked out all the plans yet for WoW.

    Sometimes they need to change the story a bit to get a good storybuilding in WoW.

    Uhm, no of course they didnt make a mistake. Yes Illidan was cut by Arthas, but he did not die. Like you said "(like hes dead)"

    And Warcraft 3 was not the end of the warcraft story. It hasn't ended yet, it's still continueing in WoW.

    I thought that Illidan had died, as well. That's okay, though, I was rooting for Illidan, anyway, he's my favorite character in the Warcraft universe.

    Also never saw Illidan die, only get beaten up by Arthas. And Illidan is known for running ::::02::
    And the scourge wasn't defeated at the end of WC3. And to react on the comment earlier made by an other poster: WoW was in developement when WC3 was getting the finishing touch. This means they knew that WoW would come and that also explains the end of the Frozen Throne, where the bad guys still are alive ::::20::

    beside, i have heard that Illadan is already in WoW. he wanders around some area or another, must be quite the shock to see him. And yes, he was quite the resistant dude, so i am not surprised he did not died at the end of Frozen Throne.

    (Macchiavellan rule: Never leave your archenemy bleeding on the floor, cut his head. Also, while you are at it, kill all his kids, family and relatives. so you remove the problem of some upstart kid coming to revenge his father later on.)
