There is no change because of ToR. The voice acting is no different than the other chronicles or many of the expert dungeons for that matter.  If anything there was to much voice acting in the other chronicles and it got annoying.  If they learn anything from ToR it will be to allow players to skip the voice acting as it is generally annoying especially after the first time.
