Not as awesome as the location videos were, but nice enough. I hope they'll maintain the April release date, can't wait, still looking forward to my beta invite :)

I fell for the CGI stuff from SWTOR and that lead to complete disappointment.  I want to see gameplay footage before I jump aboard, that's what sold me on GW2, game play, not advertisments.

this video is not about the gameplay, it's about the faction, there is one for the templars and dragons. they want us to know a little about the factions before joining them...

if you want gameplay footage there is plenty, like this, just look up.

there are some beta leaks arround the net, but I don't have the link anymore, there is no source where you can find everything. the videos are all spread over the internet, it takes time and patience to find them all, the beta is getting bigger, if the game is really going to be released in april... expect some PR push "soon"

There was a gameplay video of an Illuminati player but it was low grade video. But when I saw the game had a Google component built into the game, for a the guy to research a painting on the wall, it blew me away.

That's the kind of stuff they need to produce in high quality. It sold me to look up everything about the game I could.

yeah, there is a built-in browser!!

"ØE: The in-game browser is already in and working, and is looking great! Due to the way browsers have to interact with our client there can’t be a choice of browser, unfortunately. In practice, it’s a version of Chrome (wrapped in a 3rd party framework called Awesomium) which is tightly integrated with our client; and not a browser which is already installed on the player’s machine. When the browser is closed, there will be no performance impact at all. Even when it’s running, the browser runs in a separate process and not have any noticeable impact."

I agree they should reveal more gameplay footage, there is more random people leak footage than videos from funcom.

but I can see that the crafting reveal is really close now
