Question for you Pann

Firstoff I want to say, I can't wait for Auto Assault. 

And ever since CarWars came out we have needed a computer game to give us the same fun as the table top game did.  Auto Assault is a game long overdue.

I did have one question.  I noticed on the various movies it was from a top down or third person perspective.  I am really interested in playing from the first person view.  Will we have this option in the game?

well, pann will most likely answer this herself, but i guess i could try to spare her the trouble. From what i've read in the forums and the interviews on the site, the camera will be under full control of the player. I can only assume this will include a first-person viewpoint.

About the camera views, that's something that's still being tweaked and explored, so I'm afraid I don't have a definitive answer for you yet on that one because we don't have one yet. It's something that we'll be fine-tuning in beta, I'm sure.

If I could, I'd like to ask a favor, not just of you but of everyone who uses the boards. Rather than just putting "Question for you Pann" or "PANN! READ THIS!" or the like, it is especially helpful if you can include a little hint about what you're going to ask about in the post, like "Pann, question about camera view." That way, if I don't have time to respond when I first see it, it helps me find it when I go back later to answer or if I need to go back later and add an update to my original response. I'd really appreciate it so much! Thanks!!
