I've really enjoyed the quest system of Final Fantasy 14, highly diverse in the ways quests are presents and highly immersible. But most of all I've really liked the idea of having the counter where I can grab levequests. Is there any other MMO out there that has a similar questing system where you have to go to like a Help Wanted board or Bounty Board?

Well...Mabinogi has Shadow Missions which essentially are the same as Leve Quests. But be wary, last I left Mabinogi, it was in a shaken state, and it is Nexon hosting it...so... Don't expect top quality customer service, but if that doesn't irk you, give it a try.
You get shadow missions from the Shadow Mission Board near the Stonehenges that start them, not as immense as Leve Quests though. I wish you luck in your endeavors, and I hoped I helped.
