Slip shot not working

Slip shot says that I need to tab the right mouse button followed by holding it, but when I do that do I simply first shoot once and after that do I do full auto, my char never does slip shot. Anyone know how to perfom Slip Shot?
BTW, I'm also unable to post in the official forums except the account forum, can only paying people post ?
