LF PvP game with decent graphics

Wondering if you all can help me, I have unsubbed from SWTOR (terrible game) and Aion (going FTP in EU)

I am looking for a PvP game (though don't mind PvE or grinding), by this I mean open world PvP that has an effect on the server/game and the world around you. NOT 3 arenas and a broken end game planet... It doesn't have to be the entire game but should play a prominent role in it.

That said I do not mind if the game does have some arenas, so long as they do not detract from the main PvP game.

Graphically it really must be superior to SWTOR, though this is hardly difficult. I should be able to run most games: i7, GTX 570, 8gb RAM. I dont mind if the graphics are Eastern or Western, 

I do not mind having to work to aquire gear or level even if this means grinding. I equally dont mind if you can reach level cap in a few days (GuildWars).

Also I would prefer a non sci-fi game, though if you have something special (not EVE) I will consider it.

BTP, P2P, FTP as long as it is not P2W I dont mind how I give it money.

So any suggestions?

I will give it a try, but I have been disapointed by the graphics and combat system I have seen so far. This has kept me away, but beggars can't be chosers I suppose :S

warhammer free trial (can't recommend paying for full game)

better graphics, but lesser PVP - Age of Conan

but really theres not much about, all the games with great PVP are old like DAOC, lineage 2 and planetside so wouldnt do you in the graphics department.

And your not interested in EVE so.....

 

best to be waiting on TSW, GW2, planetside2 etc...
