I'm not playing any MMOs at the moment. I quit SWTOR a couple of days before my time expired. I have been spending time on the forums here and reading those on the swtor offiicial forums.
I went back and am playing through KOTOR. I first played as light side and am now halfway through as a darkside. After that I expect to give STO a decent chance.
LOTRO is good for about a week each expansion. WOW won't get my business in the Panda Express expansion. SWTOR may get me back if they add a dungeon finder that results in fairly short waits. That would require cross server functionailty which they are unlikely to add.
There isn't a "right" or "wrong" way to play, if you want to use a screwdriver to put nails into wood, have at it, simply don't complain when the guy next to you with the hammer is doing it much better and easier. - Allein "Graphics are often supplied by Engines that (some) MMORPG's are built in" - Spuffyre
In playing dragon age origins with all DLCS till a mmorpg worthy of me playing it comes out, why play a mmorpg that plays like a singleplayer game and have to pay 15$ a month for it when I can play a long single player RPG with a good story, party system and not have to pay 15$ a month for it?
Made a pre-mesmer yesterday, there's just something about not having to rely on your team or team builds, and rather relying on your ability to dodge, it just feels like a different game.
Skyrim .... waiting on ES VI. Used to play LotRO, but SWTOR (and to a lesser extent Skyrim) has taken a large chunk of the player population. Even the top raiding kins are looking for members.
Hedonismbot: Your latest performance was as delectable as dipping my bottom over and over into a bath of the silkiest oils and creams.
Im playing EverQuest 2 and SWTOR - both subbed, though I am liking the older EQ2 more than SWTOR each day. SWTOR starts off with a bang but as I progressed I found less and less options for me to do other than follow the story. EQ2 on the other hand gives me complete freedom and deep, rich asset management/customizations. Havent had this much fun in ages.
I was playing Skyrim on 360, but since I started my first MMOs above I have touched it since :-)
Researching for a nice laptop gaming rig to prepare for Guild Wars 2 which looks intersting and Final Fantasy XI and XIV (which I just want to see/play for myself).

Same here, and I know my reason. Because it's awesome.
I'm a new player, so I wasn't around for all the Funcom drama to jade me, so I'm having a great time. xD

Didn't think it would be my kind of game, but omg I am loving this game the npc personalities and some of the mission quests are brilliantly funny.
So many of those personalities I can relate to real life people I know.
