    Without evaluation, there can be no evolution for the genre.

    Well bitching and moaning again and again about something you know will never change in a game that is already made and released is just stupid.  Why not move to  a game in Development were opinions of said nature could possibly do some "good"  instead of  just poking a dead horse.
