Where MMORPGs go to die

It would be nice if there were three catagories of MMORPGs: released, in development, and cancelled. Even if we cannot play them there is alot to be learned from them (ala motor city online and earth and beyond for released titles and Wish for under-development ones). It would be great to look at them from a historical perspective.
