I love this game. Good fun. The camera is kind of annoying. Besides that it's a good diversion until GW2 comes out.

I have no problems paying full price for a game I like. But this game costs more than other new games (at least where I live), and the demo didn't convince me to buy it, so I don't think it's worth the money. Sure, games are cheap compared to some years back, but that's no reason to pay more for this game than others. So don't bother telling us we "do not understand economics", the only thing we need to understand, is that this game costs more than others, quite possibly without being as fun as cheaper games.

And the people complaining about the lack of an open world feel in the demo. It's a demo! How can you get an open world feeling in 45 minutes of gameplay in the starter zone? What is your problem, people?! No, it isn't going to be as open or limitless as Skyrim. But not everyone wants that. I do, but who is to say everyone does, or even should?

Yeah, it's a demo. But that's what we have to judge the game by. So relax, dude, and don't attack people for having "problems".

Next time, accept that your opinions differs from others. And guess what - yours are no better or than ours. So climb down from your pedestal, please, before writing your next post.

Regarding KOA starting out as a MMO and switching to what we have...developers will say ANYTHING to spin their product.  Looking at its design history, it certainly looks that way.  Saying your game started as a MMO then due to problems you switched gears,  is NOT good PR.  I look at it this way.  It FEELS like a single player MMO to me and obviously others agree.  The quests, towns & graphics esspecially scream MMO design.  If it looks like a pig, smells like a pig, and acts like a pig, then its a pig.  Not saying the game is a pig.  But its not worth $60 either.  Like others, I'll wait until a weekend sale on Steam puts it under $10.  Maybe it will be a little more PC friendly by then, but I noticed in the demo what most others did.  Terrible camera angle, some annoying animation, UI quirks due to being a port, and something about the combat bothered me regarding which enemy you're attacking.  Seemed floaty.  Didn't get that feeling playing GOW or the Batman series, which has a similar feel.

The combat wants to be like God of War, but it just isn't.  It wants to be open world, but it just isn't.   It wants to have character like WOW, but it just doesn't.  It wants to be too much and doesn't hit anything quite right.  The difficulty also is a bummer.  Whats the point of adding in all these attacks when you just button mash??  Whats the point of adding in RPG elements and skill builds, when you kick ass no matter what you do?
