Tor is great for people that have other stuff to do than play 10 hours a day.. Just saying, if that is you than unless you want to play tons of alts you may want to stick with eve or mortal online because alot of us dont want to have to live second lives in game.

Well, I just cancelled my subscription and I wanted to say why. I am not angry at the game, I thought it was a very good single player story game, it would have been a great KoToR3 game. As an MMO... uhm, not even close. This is the worst MULTI-player game ever (and I solo 80-90% of my time) if you don't want to spend 2 hours trying to find a group for a flashpoint ther really isn't much more multi player stuff. Sure, each planet has some heroic stuff, but it's really easy and over to quick... once you get a group that is. To boot, My level 50 was running the corundium(sp) flashpoint and on the bodd General Ortol I kept crashing to desktop (3 times in a row) so I submit my ticket and wait , when they do answer their response is that the game is working as intended and it was not intended for higher level players to do this flashpoint. (for those who don't know this boss sets 3/4 of the room on fire as he takes damage, when your much higher level (quest is 29) you do damage too fast and it either kills you instantly or crashes the game to desktop) SO by their response I guess you are either to do this flashpoints on level or not at all. I guess from their view point, makes sense, spend hours and hours trying to find a group, do that for each group phase and before you know it you sub needs renewing.

Everyone else has mentioned the huge waste of time level 50 is, so I'll skip it, it's all been said.

I'm sure there's been tons of complaints about the space combat too. It's like being on a roller coaster and shooting stuff. You don't choose your flight path at all, you just fly this pre set route and try to kill as much as you can along the way. Also, there is only about 5 different missions, but they get you to do each one twice (space dailies!!!) only the second one is a little harder then the other (and I mean only a little harder) and once you get the tier 5 space upgrades (or if you are a cyberteck and make your own) there is absolutely no reason to do them anymore. None. You can buy a pilots suit if you want (think there is three of them) but each suit would take you a week or two of dailies to get them. Also, why are there no space flashpoints?

This game does some things very well (story line is awesome, albeit wasted) and I love the sending your companions to do crafting, and the are looting is cool, but for the most part it just isn't exciting enough to justify my $15 a month.

I'll try back in a year or so and see if it's better at all.

P.S. anyone else notice how any game with an EA on it sucks?

I count him braver who overcomes his desires than him who conquers his enemies; for the hardest victory is over self.

Also your little census is so inaccurate lol.  Flashpoints, Warzones, different instances of the same zone.  They all play in.  Even when you are in a group phase your not counted in the overall world tally.  All you and your guildmates did was waste your own time haha.

Ok now call me a fanboy for speaking the truth.  Go now.

1.7 million is really not a number to be boasting about, Because with the Name of STAR WARS and BIOWARE and THE OLD REPUBLIC they should have atleast twice that number, even without playing the game.

This game will be on the market for a while, I just hope that they take their head out of their asses and actually improve their game.

Blizzard ruined MMO's IMHO. I uninstalled wow 1 month after release and never reinstalled it again. So to answer your question in truth. NO, I'm not being paid by anyone. These are my own thoughts and my own posts, but thank you for trying to make light of the truth. Being paid by Bioware?
