explain what this is and how i get it, lose it, how much i got, why i need it ect.

Adrenaline is only for warriors (I think) and its a sort of MP energy, its just not called MP. xD Anyway, some skills use adrenaline and you get adrenaline when you hit monsters with your weapon, once you see your skills charged up with adrenaline (Skill icon flashes) then you can use the skills. You'll understand once you play the game.

Energy is just like Mana in other games. You spend it to cast spells and use any skills that aren't fueled by Adrenaline. It regens at different rates for different classes.
Check each skill to see how much it uses.
