Anybody in beta?

So I just placed my order through en-mass store and I am currently downloading the game (I already had the EU version but it's downloading again). Anyways, just wondering if I'd be able to play the beta now? And another question I have is, since I have placed the pre-oder, have they charged my credit card already? I would be able to cancel this order right? Thank you for your help.
