possible account upgrade at eu tera?

in TERA

hey guys, i preoredered standard edition on tera EU, i was wondering is it possible to upgrade it to collector edition with just a simple click?

i found that in tera NA - which is under en masse? is able to upgrade standard edition ot collector edition with $9.99 fee, is it possible to do it with frogster too? but i dont see the option.. thx
