Anyone gotten their Amazon or Bestbuy Preorder Beta-Keys?

I had heard from a couple of my friends, and seen random posts on this forum, that you won't get your Beta keys from Amazon.com or BestBuy preorders until the game ships (which defeats the ENTIRE purpose).

 

So, any truth to this? Or, have some of you already received your preorder keys for this weekend? I ask because I have a $60 giftcard from amazon.com, or a $50 one for bestbuy sitting on my desk asking to be used :P!

    In the case of online orders, I might try sending a snapshot of the preorder page in a support ticket. TERA GMs seem suprising generous with beta keys (IE: benefit of the doubt) which is a very nice thing after all if one or fifteen people "fake" their way into the beta, so what.

    Or cancel your preorder and go to a retail best buy and if any problems, send tera your receipt number. People seem to be having 100% non-issue if they have a receipt number (again, this could just be a benefit-of-the-doubt policy which is very good).

    That's all I had to do, just send them info on my receipt.

    Spec'ing properly is a gateway drug.

    If you did not get a key from any store just send in a ticket to EmE with proof of purchase and they should be able to set your account up for the beta's.

    I got my Amazon pre-order key last week.  If you haven't recieved your key after a couple days you might try checking your spam box, or your Amazon digital library.

    There was a problem before CBT1 of outlets having not received keys but most do now, Amazon does.

    I'd go with Amazon, hold on to your card, and preorder for free then put your card to it if you like the game. They should email you the code soon after you get your preorder confirmation email.

    Just not worth my time anymore.

    I sent in a ticket with a screenshot of my receipt to EME and they gave me full access within 5 hours of sending the ticket.
