Issues getting password from Tera website.

Is anyone having issues getting thier password sent to them if you have an account and forgot your password?It seems like the site is just not sending any password retrieval emails at all I have been trying all weekend and its bugging me.I was gonna preorder a digi copy from them but if they don't want to send me my password I guess they don't want my money.Oh well I'll give it to another game company that wants it instead.
