Would it be better if it was a sandbox?

 

Of course....

 

Would it better if there weren't ANY quests and you were forced to mob grind with a group?

 

Yup...

 

But at least we have FFA open world PVP, guild drama.... and Tera actually encourages group-mob grind with the BAMs, i expect some sweet PVP in the best BAMs areas, not to mention open world bosses and some open world dungeons...

 

We have yet to know if the political system with territorial control, elections and the vanarch system are actually good.

 

But at least we have open world PVP with no factions.... no "red team" vs "blue team" garbage.

    Agreed. It was a very fun weekend on the PvP servers, spent ten hours in vent the last day PvP'ing away.

     

    You going to re-buy the game now lol?

    Yes the game is fun for us Old schoolers. Not much left for us to play that is New these days. But think we will have enough population in this game to get by....

    Lets just hope the implement more Socaial tools and GvG things and Expand on the Political system even more... Lineage2 Castel seiges done with the Unreal enginge YES PLEASE!!!

    They Will also be adding servers vs servers largescale battles. The thing that is amazing about TERA is how AMAZING it is at rendering huge number of players, There was this fight in CBT2 I saw where there were like 500+ people in openworld pvp. Mindblowing.

    Something that is added with the patch today.

    These are green crystals that are socked into earrings & rings,  you earn them by doing Daily and Public quests you earn Reputation Points, you can spend those points on purchasing the crystals from the designated vendors. Some of the advanced crystals can be gathered from named mobs (field/world bosses).

     

    OpenWorld pvp for named world bosses ^^
