Ironman challenge, for free, need info

So, I'm trying to set something like this up. Me and couple of friends are looking to make this happen, but we want to do it in a F2P MMO, so all of us can get in and don't have to spend money on something we can't really guarantee we'll have fun with.

Two main requirements are that it be F2P and people from Europe can play with people from US. As there is a huge number of people here with coupious amounts of experience with this genre, I would apreatiate if you could point me in the right direction.
