Current Warning System (Curiosity)

Now within my MMORPG i have had some very good warnings, when i have got on here and raged at some guy for being a complete idiot. However lately it seems they are trowing this trolling card around rather biasedly.

For example, it used to be that the forum mods would close 10+ treads stating the same exact thing. Like if I were to get on the WoW forum and say im quiting this game and the 9 people wether they played it or not would make the same exact post the posts would get closed tell there wat either A. 1 Farewell tread or B. only one im quiting tread.

I have been givin 4 warning within the last month based on 2 Trolls and 1 Tread Hijacking. 

The first issue was resolved when another admin actually took the time to read the tread and decided that the other admin that warned me was wrong. (tread hijacking)

The second warning I was like yeah i deserve this one so i took it in stride. (about Same sex marriage SWTOR)

The third warning thou is what makes me curious. A guy on a tread Used very unapropriate language in his complaint that a bioware admin baned his account after his support ticket with them. However when you read the support ticket he used "curse words" (what im calling them anyway) and raged at the bioware employee with his issue, then once he was banned brought his hate here.Later this whole post was deleted because A admin actually went trew it and decided that it belonged more in the LoL section, but there was to much hate going on inside of the post.After telling him why his attempt to rage and "Curse" the bioware staff handling his complaint didn't go well i was givin a troll warning? Not only that when the post was deleted for my exact reasoning with the person in the post the troll warning was still on my account.

The 4th warning simply telling somone on a i quit tread that there were already I quit treads http://www.mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm/thread/341111/page/1 so I +1ed the guy before me that said he didnt care and explained why i aswell didnt care. http://www.mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm/post/4754979#4754979

So this warning system confusses the crap outta me.

Why are they using the word troll incorectly does the staff know what it means?

should new players be able to post hate treads or even praise treads before they have even commented on previous discussions? 

Give me your ideas even the bad ones. (Thats what forums were for I thought)
