Can NA players participate in the EU Beta?

I have spent the entirety of CB1 and CB2 doing nothing but graphic testing/tweaking on TERA.  I was only able to get a character up to level 11 or so.  So I haven't actually got to play the game itself much yet.

I am a NA pre-orderer.  But two weeks is a really long time between each CBT.  And that might not feel so bad if I supplemented it with a EU CBT between each.

So, my question is, are NA players allowed to play in the EU closed beta?  Or will our I.P.'s be blocked?  What about using a proxy to get around it, is that possible?

It seems like they expect NA and EU players to swap between the two considering the Frogster and En Masse betas are staggered so they dont overlap eachother.

What are my chances of getting into the EU beta if I just signed up for it today?

Or if anyone has a key for the EU CBT they are willing to spare to a NA player, that'd be much appreciated

yes i preordered the EU version and was in the first beta.  You can buy a preorder beta key for 5$ with not further chargers since its only a preorder beta key.
