I've not played far enough into RIFT to encounter Raid Rifts, but it's pretty obvious from this screenshot that things are about to get real!

This week's winner snagged himself a RIFT and End of Nations t-shirt as well as a RIFT beanie.

    I chose the best pic I had out of lots of pics and thought I had a shot, but I have to agree that yours is quite stellar.

    I'd also like to mention that I thought angelaella's fire rift was awesome, for whatever that's worth.

    I sit on a man's back, choking him and making him carry me, and yet assure myself and others that I am very sorry for him and wish to ease his lot by all possible means - except by getting off his back.

    Esssentially you are saying you have not played Rift longer than a few hours.  If you had played the game in the briefiest amount of time, 1-4 days to reach level 50, then you would be aware of the content in the game.  But then again it does not suprise me that MMORPG>com writers do not play the games they pretend to write about.

    Seriously? Can we have just this one topic that doesn't get crapped on? Its just a congratulatory thread for a screenshot contest. And staff writers for mmorpg.com probably don't have the kind of free time to get to 50 in 4 days or less and join raid rifts. Most RRs are guild only and you need to be geared with enough +hit from heroics to even touch the bosses.

    Anyway, congrats again Errn.

    There have been pugs for DRR's on every server since release. All you have to do is listen to 50 chat for a few mins.  In regards to gear thats laughable.  Any decebt group of 5 people can kill a 20 person RR.  They are made for ultra casuals. . But my apologies iff I offended you.  Just a bit tired of the writers here pretending to have knowledge about the games they write about which they don't actually play.  They do a disserve to the industry and help promote poorly made games by hypeing these games because they have no idea what they are writing about other than the developer talking points they repeat word for word.  Not to say Rift is a bad game.  IMO its a breath of fresh air from the poor quality games we have seen the last 5+ years.

    Aside from Zippy sh!tting in my wheaties...

    Thanks again!!  I like to call it "Pixel Photography" to make myself feel better about something I'm so obsessed with.
