Really fancy playing a Sci-Fi MMO, and paying a sub for a single player game {SWTOR} doesnt appeal to me.
Its like someone took the star trek ip and tried to insert it into the champions online engine. Didn't really fit so they tried smashing it in, still didn't fit so they smashed it again. And again. Until they only thing the had left was the space combat which is pretty cool but it tends to get old after you done it a few times.
Best advice is to play it for 2 hours and decide how you felt about those two hours because your gonna do a whole lot more of everything you did in those two hours and not a whole lot else.

This is just a F2P version of your original statement , with less content thrown in, C-store and questionable attempts by Cryptic to get you to spend at said C-store. You should be quite throughly bored by the end of the month.

Would it surprise anyone to know just how accurate this is? LOL It sums up Cryptic's development of STO perfectly.
Was playing it on Steam recently. It's a lot better and feels more "Trecky" than it did in beta imo. Good fun in short bursts but got boring for me quiet quickly. Also, and this is my opinion only as well, it feels much more like a single player game than Tor does.
