Ok i know that you buy houses from architects but what i don't know is where to find the architects i'm in britanica right now and i saw player owned houses but i can't find any architects please help me

it should be in either Britania or in Luna as far as I can remember..Best thing to do is asking to the players around of you..You sound really new, they will help you I think
