Grrr Login issues Tera EU AGAIN :((

Ok, I am really close to cancel the preorder. THis just makes me mad. I always had severe login issues in the last 5 days downloading. But today I tried to log in over an hour in vain. And yes I do have my Firewall even down. I can't even go to the TERA-Europe website, it only shows a "!" in the yellow triangle.

Can anyone tell me if he/she can log into the TERA Europe? Or is the login server down? Alas I found not help on the web on this topic. This really irritates me, because what good is a MMO when I can't log into it.

    I have no idea what the problem might be, I know a lot of people are playing right now and one sever even has a queue to get in because it is full.

     

    Frogster has never been the best support, regardless though I can login to Tera Europe no problem so once again, not sure why or what issues you are experiencing.

    I have honestly never experienced that issue before so I have no idea what may be the problem, hopefully someone can chime in and help you out.

    That is weriod never heard of that before. Idk you might want to try EME just for the hell of it. Maybe they can help.

    This is where you input your login and password or is it a empty prompt window after that?

     

    Also that window from Karpefsky antivirus seem suspect. Are you sure it isn't the antivirus that prevents the proper window from appearing there?

    I've been trying to download Tera EU since Wednesday. So far I've had 4 different types of errors, not counting the erros I recieved when trying to register my account and beta key. Maybe it works well for most people since there aren't more people complaining but f**k Frogster.

    Disable your antivirus.

    Try again.

    If it was the culprit get another one or disable it only when logging in.

    There is only an antiviris window because I opened it to shut down the firewall temporary.

    Is that the login/password/language window or you're past that and you hit play and you get that window with borders only?

    The small "greyed out" square in the center is the login/PW/lang. window, after typing in and pressing the "login" button. After 1+ hour and about 50+ trys I logged in now, but so far it was always been a chore. Not to speak that I am downloading now for 5 days and I am STILL only at 80%... sorry but I feel that Frogstar or what they are called have some sort of issue with connections.

    make sure you have turned off the p2p options in the launcher. depending on your isp and router configurations the p2p aspect of the launcher can bottleneck your download speeds and cap out the max connections possible for the isp or router, resulting in being unable to use the internet or the game properly... the p2p side of it was designed for korean isp's which are vastly superior to most other countries isp providers. ie most koreans can get a 100mbit connection for cheap.
