Question about Cash Shop.

I made an evie a few month back and have played her on and off for awile now just very casually. Well my roommate wanted to give the game a try and i told them i would re roll a new character with them. When i made the character the inventory slots i paid 10 dollars a slot for were gone. Now do i just have to level up a put more or do they really make you re buy all this crap for every chracter you make?

Yes, for every character you have to purchase additional inventory.
