Seems so, so we're looking at D3 release in 7 weeks and MOP is probably 3 months from now and the SC2 exp release in Q4... 2012 the year I gave Blizzard £30 for D3.. £25 for MOP (probably) £25 for 2C2 exp (blizz say it will be exp. price) ... erm, subscription costs too come to um... 6 months * £9 say £55
2012 the year I give Blizzard £135 of my hard ern ca$h and they deserve every penny.

Yep and those of us stupid enough to sign up for the annual pass are getting shafted out of our first "perk". I wonder if they will give us access to Diablo 3 in waves too.
Sorry Blizzard, my bank account has too many people wanting access. I'll have to hold my payment until I can squeeze you all in, even though I knew and promised to pay. Also, I'll be going back and changing wording on all posts/FAQs about this issue.
Legally, Blizzard can probably do whatever they want. Companies that use trickery to get people to sign a contract, won't be getting my money any more however.
