I think that was kind of the point of his character. Blizzard had been way too nice to the Horde all of these years so they had to give them a leader that nobody liked for at least one expansion.

You act as if Garrosh wanted his weapon to be poisoned. The dude went crazy when he found out about it. It's obvious he would of rather died than win by cheating, which he didnt know about.

I really hope for the death cutscene of him, they have him falling on a ´ campfire´ which does the last 1 hp of damage.
Yep, the actual blow would of barely left a scar.
Yet the poison is what ultimately killed Cairne. He was kicking Garrosh's ass in the book.
