Eh, I think it's a sweet way of saying that they'd like the endings to have been more varied.
If you have played the game, you know why.
BW opened Pandora's Box on this game as they make use of a real life dynamic that games, inherently, don't make use of:
"You can't win them all"
Of course, that's a fairly blithe way of putting it when used to describe the endings...
For my part, I think they did a good job overall. I would have liked a 4th ending added for players but only made available on completing Insanity difficulty.
Couple of things boggle the mind for me in this issue though:
That BW has apparently gotten the hint and is doing something about it in the form of DLC's, thereby altering the artistic narrative. This is a nasty catch-22 in my opinion. Stephen King didn't go back and do a re-write on the last book of The Dark Tower series and would have loved to hear the response to the person that asked him to.
That those in opposition of the endings have managed to raise tens of thousands of dollars to protest a game. We have people starving in industialized nations (let alone third world countries) across the world, but players can scrape together the cash to protest a game?

If Stephen king had the ability to update his book for everyone that bought it, would he have?
The answer doesn't really matter though as the creator can do w/e he/she wants. (Hi George Lucas! HAN SHOT FIRST!)
People are more concerned by their Iphones not working than some working condition in a chinese factory - Apple Exec.
You know what? If I am totally honest, I have to agree with that Apple Exec.
Gdemami - Informing people about your thoughts and impressions is not a review, it's a blog.
Seems to me Bioware couldn't take it so they did the equivalent of throwing it away but in such a way they could appear to be doing good.
They were too immature and arrogant themselves to eat something that while sweet and delicious was too obviously crow as well. They just re-gifted it, out of sight out of mind.
Its actually quite rude.
I've learnt that any act, however benign or benevolent or simply business-as-usual, can be explained away as something ugly or evil if people are of a determined enough mindset to do so.
That is true. And vice versa.
But in general re-gifting, even to charity is an act of rudeness unless the gifter explicitly tells you its OK. I don't need to politican it up to make it appear that way.

Alot of Stpehen King's books have bad endings I could list 10 that do. Even if he could update them you might still just get another bad ending mostly likely involving aliens.

People starving due to overpopulation and unneeded offspring when there should of been a healthy donation of birth control and sterilization methods going on instead of food. I believe it is the same thing happening here as well with the US. But my stance remains the same as well for here/

I hear this a lot when people are discussing the ME3 ending, that the ending should stay the same because of it's artistic vision or somesuch. While I could go into my reasons for disagreeing with that, I think an article on Gamefront says it a lot better than I could:

Kind of brutal to pass them to homeless kids when there is such a high probablity that they have been poisoned.

Instead of protesting by not buying BW products. They sent 402 fucking cupcakes. This is priceless.

Well at least now if they are poisoned they can't be sued cause they didn't know!

The only thing worse than ranting because you want a happy ending to a good story( that you didn't write) is getting your wish.
