Actually, on topic.  I'm pretty sure there were plenty of AoC fans that played female characters in the game and were able to achieve "hardness" by playing with no armor...but these players were probably not "adult."

Are you team Azeroth, team Tyria, or team Jacob?

Is "posting" some sort of euphemism?

In all seriousness, I will raise my hand and admit I am not clever enough to play EVE thus I consider it too difficult and I am an adult so maybe that qualifies. I tried twice and never could make it through the tutorial. I kept getting lost in hyperspace image

In horseback riding posting is an up and down movement made to follow the body of the horse when its going really fast.

Whenever there is an article about wow on mmorpg.com u can see a lot of "wow is a kiddie ez mode game"...so I am asking those gamers to name me that adult, hard games they play so I can try them.

    Spy vs Spy :)

If you like WoW though, have at it.  You shouldn't care that much what everyone else thinks.

    Mortal Online

    SWG crafting Pre-Cu

    Anarchy Online

I could go on to list them all day but I will leave it at this small list for now.

This, and I would add Darkfall maybe, and a classic EQ server.

Hard is a relative word for everyone btw. To me I like full loot where if you die you lose everything on you. There are other threads on what defines "Hard" so its no use debating it this thread.

I have only seen the first movie. Now I have to watch this one too damn you.

This one girl in my highschool rides horses a lot and she wrote this paper about it that was so unintentionally sexually worded and I picked up on it and everyone started laughing and she hated me for like 2 weeks. Fun times.

  • I enjoy games that are simply fun for me...although I do enjoy depth and complexity, certain games have too high of a learning curve or are games in which death is too costly to be fun for me.  I want to play a game, not take a college level course just to understand a game.

As others have stated, find what you think is fun, and worry about yourself, not others.

Hello Kitty Online was pretty tough until they removed the full loot FFA.

Aye, I agree with theblurch. Play what ever you want dude. If you have fun in wow then play it till blue in the face and who cares about other people (other people are mostly stupid anyway, need proof of that? turn on the news or watch youtube).

Based on the title, this might be the most disappointing thread I've ever encountered on the internet.

people should play what they like. Haters will spend their time of the forums hating on games, Waiters...Enthus...wait we dont have a title for people who sit in the forums posting because their game isn't out yet. we need to get on this.
