Good F2P MMO?

I have played 90% of the F2P MMO's in the face of the earth and I still can't find a good one...
I can't find an MMO that is actually not generic or bad.
Currently I'm waiting for the good ones to come, Guild Wars 2 (is far away) and Aion F2P (is coming on april 11 on NA, on EU servers I have 500 ping). Path of Exile looks unique too.
But for now tell me an MMO that worth playing for months.
Obs: I know GW2 isn't F2P, but It's retail only not montly fee, worth it.
