Get the word out to the many Frogster 'employees', that were being paid off-the-books with virtual currency (ie RoM diamonds) throughout 2008-2011, to amend their past tax returns to report this as earned income (at $5 per 100 diamonds). This will effect the parents of the 'employed' minors even more drastically. Penalties and interest can be a killer, so if you wait for the Federal IRS and the California FTB to track you down, your payment will be orders of magnitude higher than just the tax liability alone.
