Cancelled TOR about a month ago, was waiting on the legacy system to eval if I wanted to continue, its not what I had hoped for so just letting the cancel remain in place, playing Reckoning till GW2 comes out.

Well, I am going to try GW2, I never bought or subbed to TOR, I played in Beta and made my decision then about it.

I am not pre-ordering GW2 however, I will wait a bit for feedback, god knows that there have been so many disappointing MMOs in the last years and this has made many people cynically cautious about any new MMORPG launching.

I feel for the TOR fans not liking this thread but really, if you like TOR then by all means continue playing it and do not be bothered by the thread, if some people do quit TOR for GW2, that means that they were not having fun really in the first place in TOR to begin with, why keep people from Discovering the MMO which would be more fun to them?

If they like TOR they will stay if they do not they will quit it is just a matter of time, but surelly if they are not having fun it is better that they quit sooner and later.

    Cheers!

If you wait long enough you might be able to play that game on the Xbox.

Honestly, I stop playing SWTOR in Ferbruary. I had such high hopes for the game. Bioware didint deliver. I re-downloaded WoW and played a bit but that game is just ridiculous to play anymore. Guild invites left and right and for what? So that these guilds which have no interest in you what-so-ever can get their numbers up? Bullshit! Download Rift a week ago and was amazed how much fun the game is. Polished, live-events right from the start, a Mount at level 14, etc. PvP is rather meh, but the game seems solid. Its better then AoC and various others that I tried which were hyped but, crap.

Here is my opinion: If you like a MMOs or  a specific genre, then go with it. Never force a game because your friends like it or the hype by advertising. Otherwise, you'll be wasting time and money. If all else fails....read a book.
