is this game really 100% free?

in the game description it says that you "buy skills for money then train them", they don't mean real money, do they? (alot of korean games are like that.. free to play, but if you want something really cool you have to buy it from the makers)

When i played beta skills were not bought with real money. Game is not good though at all. 2d grafx and takes forever killing same mobs on same screen to gain lvl and even then you dont move on to new mobs or screen. Just kill mob very slightly faster. Tedious and uber-treadmill. Surprisingly there were lag issues as well. Would have thought that the lack of movement by players and 2d grafx would help this but no.
