Looking for a casual raiding guild

hey, I know there will be raiding and I know there will be casual players....looking for both in the same bundle...I DO NOT PVP....so will not want to join a pvp server.
Also, don't want tightwad guild with thousands of rules and regulations. Just want to play the game and have fun.
