    you have to go to a pet trainer, I think.

    you have to apply it to your character  then you will get it in game by mail.

    bt you can't use the pet until you see a trainer, correct? I have both but just starting out.

    The first one was a mushroom with the same specialty. Didn't miss anthing.

    You go to your aion account and send it to your character.

    I went to account services in, and i still cannot figure out how to get the pet sent to me. Apparently i'm a massive idiot.

    I clicked the link to get a key but nada? Is it sent to our email or something?

    go to ur ncsoft account management page go to serial code enter the code after u have applied it go to game accounts > aion> to the right side u will see apply ingame items click it apply the pet to the desired character ( it will arrive via ingame mail  its the gift box on the right side of ur minimap not to be confused with the red one on the left side then just go to a pet minder) [Mod Edit]
