Tera Launcher Stuck At Loading Screen

I have downloaded around 60% of the game already, although for some reason I now can't login to resume the download. The launcher just stays on the login screen whilst displaying "loading" over & over as shown in the screenshot below.

Any idea why this is happening?

    Found out why... TERA was just down for maintenance.
