Fraud and DECEPTION!
We, as members of the Tera community, feel that this time you have crossed the line. The community was patient for a very, very long time with your incompetence and childish games. You have played with the boundries of how much the community can take. Count in all the false information that was given to us. False because now you are changing almost each one of your previous statements.
Here are only some of the examples of how Frogster is insulting their customers:

"There are changes, but you're aware of those, when it comes to Elin, PvP, etc. As you already know the US version received a Mature rating, there are just sometimes differences between different rating boards in different countries, as you can clearly see. It's not like blood is getting removed from the game, but of players can turn it off in the options, if they like to.

This is an example of Frogster's insults to a reasonable mind. Note, that you are not fooling us - you are making fools of yourselves.
Lets look at what the customers have to say about that:

As paying customers, we demand from you to take care of this issue. We demand an official statement from the people who are actually managing Frogster, not 'community managers' who didn't do their job from the start.
Be aware, that the fate of Tera EU is hanging in the balance. Be aware, that your next steps will decide on whether you will have customers in the future. First think, then do things. Not like it's been up until this point, please.

Well maybe they should just offer refunds of all the preorders, and if anyone has not got their game cancel it, and if they bill your credit card lets say gamestop for example call your creditcard company and file a dispute the order was cancel or something.
Like seriously they should have made these decisions when the game launched I really don't care about foul language in a MMO, or Blood Effects let alone Elin in underwear like seriously why make all the changes after launch and not listen to customers.
I just hope the U.S Version doesn't get messed up like this or I am unsubscribe already.
The only problem I have for example in a MMO game is when people start seriously harassing/griefing people like in some of the games I have recently played then it becomes a problem where it should be reported and even then sometimes nothing is done that is the only time I would complain is on a serious issue otherwise Let players do as they wish just don't direct foul language at people for example.
It totally is something to rage about. There was no official announcement about these changes and someone found out by chance (https://forum.tera-europe.com/showthread.php?t=62140). They've messed up textures in-game already due to the removal of blood stains in many areas and the newer content produced by Bluehole has to be butchered just so it fits within the PEGI 12 rating.
It goes completely against what they promised a while ago.

And problems with EU instances, whereas the same instances work just fine in the NA version.

so going by that poorly laid out complain thread of an OP... basiclly EU-tera got a age rating of 12.. and they are removing the more mature content?? or is pegi 12 not the same as the NA 12 rating? (im fuzzy on other age ratings as i dont care i buy either)
if it is the case its becoming more of a "wizards 101" game.. i can see people being PMSy about it. as the game clearly is being marketed as anything but my little pony.
that being said, if they are getting a lower age rating it would make sense that they would remove adult content as that is required by the rating police... (whom i hate with so much vemon it would flood the world) frogster may not have a say in the matter...

The problem is they went for a lower rating. They could've chosen to go for a mature rating and we'd have no problems right now.

It's just me that i don't have a high opinion about game softwarehouses then. I'm not really surprised.
Anyway i won't change to NA Tera because i fear ping problems. I will stay with EU Tera until the cash shop is implemented.
low rating = more possible end users aka more money.. is it stupid very.. is it a smart way to make money maybe... frankly im not suprised by frogster at this point..
they most likely went for a rating that would get them more end users.. as frogster is 90% a f2p company.. i wouldnt be shocked if they are setting it up to be f2p or a b2p like GW1 was.

Frogster is the reason I a not playing Tera simple as that. I was toying with the idea of playing on the US servers but didn't wanna play that badly tbh. I wonder what they (Frogster) will dow ith the cash shop? Just easier to take a pass on this one.
This game is more censored than chinese television.
There were supposed to be blood textures there. Elsewhere it's the same. It's very jarring seeing these glowy, fairy like glistening.

I like Tera and I'd really want to play it, but:
1) I've recieved 5 different errors while trying to download EU version. US version download worked perfectly. Before that I had to try 3 times to create my account for EU version, US version account creation worked perfectly.
2) US version is cheaper
3) US version is getting a lot of support (articles and features on website, cool looking forums, etc.), whereas support for EU version is minimal
4) Now the EU client is different version from US client, and I don't have trust in Frogster's ability to make their own patches if they can't even make their websites properly.
I don't want to play US version because of worse pings, but I don't want to play EU version either. I quess Tera will be one game that I won't be playing.
Just on a personal level,I'm not a fan of that art style,though I know it has a huge following. Kind of a "Skies Of Arcadia" meets Steam Punk look. I am just personally more into a gritty,realistic look. Like in the "Fallout" games. WoW is even too cartoony for my taste. I know that the realistic look presents added difficulty for developers; there are risks associated with trying to make things look, "Humanized". The classic artists always said the hardest thing to paint is the human foot.
Ballerinas are always on their toes. Why don't they just get taller ballerinas?
Playing any game published by frogster, deserve what you get.
