Register problems on En Masse
I want to pre-order TERA but when I go to register it just refreshes the page asking me to sign up again which I did but nothing else comes up. I tried different browsers and cleared my cache too but still nothing. I was wondering what the problem could be and if anyone could help me or is having the same problem post here. I really want to play this game badly but this is stopping me from doing so.

did you try asking on the en-masse forums?
I've got the straight edge.
if you use Firefox and have Adblocker or NoScript make sure you set the tera site to trusted. I had similar problems until i did.

I did have this problem myself. Couldn't login, change passwords, register a new account or anything, but in my case a simple browser swap did the trick.
For the record, i routinely use Opera, and switched to IE so it'd work... and work it did.
No such problem, but if you report it to support on enmasse site they'll get back to you quickly

my account got suspended because "apparently" i was spamming chat and "apparently" i was warned by a GM to not spam chat but i kept on doing it....
i just downloaded the game for open beta weekend and played for less than one hour didnt even leave noob island.
Then stop spamming the chat!!!

im not part of a guild so therefore i must of probably been goldspamming without being aware of it
I won't be playing Tera but it's nice to see they have active GM's. Kudos for that. Not downing you for getting suspended. The last time I saw GM's ingame actually doing anything was UO, and Saga of Ryzom.

active GMs is good and all but not when they suspend accounts incorrectly. there was like 193238 they could have banned.
