Ya nothing is wrong with ur account , its just that the Website is getting Hit hard right now. i myself panic a bit because both my account was not working so i changed my password . but still not working lol
Just wanted to say I had the same problem but then I realized that if you linked a Guild Wars 1 account then you use that email to log in. I had set a different email up for this game but my password and account name were never recognized. But even when I log in correctly it still just resets the screen (without the error message though).
Ahhh so THATS why it had my other email address...Interesting. But yeah I get the same problem with the page resetting, glad I'm not the only one.
Guys if you have a NCsoft master account and you linked it to your GW2 account, you have to login with your ncsoft master account login, not your email you put for registration, that is only for newletter and update they send you.
I was confirmed by support that I can change my username/email later on.
How much WoW could a WoWhater hate, if a WoWhater could hate WoW? As much WoW as a WoWhater would, if a WoWhater could hate WoW.
If you linked it to a GW1 account/NCSOFT account then make sure to use that instead.
I was mistakenly using my actual email address at the beginning instead of my @ncsoft login, so I was seeing the same problem. Once I clued in and woke up, I was able to log in just fine.

I did the same. After sending in support tickets last night and tried logging in for about 2 hours, it clicked this morning to try the above mentioned.
NOTE: Older accounts, before the Guild Wars switch to NCsoft will be @plaync unless you had Ncsoft change it.
They really should have been more specific on the pre-purchase confirmation emails and the beta invites they sent out yesterday. Oh well, I'm in.

Yes if you linked to a GW1 account not only do you have to use the the @plaync from your GW1 account ... you would also change your password if needed by logging into your NCSoft master account.. then go to your GW1 tab under game accounts and use the change password option there.
That may change later but I couldn't remember the password I'd used on my linked GW1 account. After I changed it (see above) it worked on the GW2 page just fine.
*edit* the only real issue I had was the gateway errors from the masses trying to get to the forum post with the client link.

If you have linked both accounts on register, you need to type in the login credentials of your GW1 account.

OOOH I get it.
I wasnt able to signin with my NCSoft account. I was able to update my password using the @gmail account I created for NCsoft/Guildwars 2. HOWEVER
Its linked to the email you originally registered to GuildWars1. Which for me was a very old email address.
When I signin it says GuildWars2 client is not available
Come to find out, I was at wrong location. Once you signin succesfully with you GuildWars Trilogy email account You need to go here:
https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/info/news/Getting-Started/page/1#post23793
Its a link in the post itself to download.
