Let's see I've done about 4 hearts, several DE's, 2 battleground matches, and some WvW. All in all I have to say I'm really enjoying myself, and I haven't ran into a single hiccup yet. Game is running smoothly, no crashes, disconnects, or major lag. I was not fervently following GW2, so I wasn't hyped for it but I'm am very pleasantly surprised.

I also enjoy how you can quickly die to mobs if you aren't paying attention. It's about time! lol.

Just played my first 90 mins as a Norn ranger. A little laggy as to be expected but no other issues. Did a couple of heart quests. Died 2 or 3 times mainly due to not watching my health. Have to say my snow leopard seemed to die as soon as a mob looked at it though.

An enjoyable experience though for my first foray into the game, and I'm not running anything special. Just a dual-core cpu and a Radeon 5570 (from memory). Medium gfx settings.

Just need a little sleep now then I will be back in there. :)

I got my warrior guy up to level 13ish and tinkered around with crafting. Getting materials for crafting is kind of annoying. You got to buy vendor materials, which drains copper coins fast, and the ore isn't found everywhere. The ore looks like it is only found in selected locations. Also, the progress bar for my armorsmithing doesn't go up that fast. The gear is good though and I'm guessing that there will be some armor models that I'll like for transmuting. I'll probably have to give my feedback later on. I'm going to sleep now.

    Level 11 with Charr Engineer.

Did around 50% of the charr starting zone (had a blast), some amazing 4vs4 in instanced pvp and alot of skirmishes in WvWvW.

Overall, the worst login experience in a beta followed by the best day 1 i've had in a beta.

First of all..I would disagree with the OP's question.I found that as I play the game ..I don't try to consume the content and advance. I don't. Yes I have a main quest line that seems to go on and on,..and that give me a general direction. But i'm in no hurry. There's too much to see... to explore ...to discover... to sense.. to be drawn into. And so...I grow almost by happenstance. I'm "living" in that world and along the way becoming more than I was a while ago.

Today..the war drums will sound and I will explore another demension of this very interesting world.

Maybe don't pick populated servers.  I picked a low pop and obscure name and have made 3 characters, gotten each to about level 3ish, done some pvp, etc.  no crashes, login fails or other major bugs, just low FPS in certain areas, mostly where tons of players are.  5 year old PC with vid and sound cards only upgrades.  So, go figure.
