Refusing to reply to me. After I gave them £50 for collectors edition. I've waited almost two days.



Okay. I spent weeks getting enough money together to afford Collectors edition.

I buy it.

I couldenter OBT fine, I could enter PPC perfectly fine.



Now when I try to log in for head start, Still on the launcher, I'm hit with "This account is currently banned or suspended."



Care to explain?

I'm hardly "Dramatizing" not everyone gets money handed to them.

I spent weeks getting money together to buy the collectors edition of the game, just so I could get into head start and enjoy the game from the start.

And can I get in? No.

I can dramatize all I want.

They're telling you your banned and wont respond to you which tells me you must have done something to deserved that. Companies usually don't ditch paying customers for no reason. I could be wrong of course as everyone makes mistakes.

Depending on your payment method you should be able to get a refund outside of Frogster. If you paid cash in a store then take the receipt back, if paid with a card call your bank and have the charge reversed.

I logged into beta, didn't mention anything in chat.

And my character on PPC has a perfectly acceptable name.

 

And I requested a refund before and they didn't reply for a week. And even when they did, I was declined.

They say here that the key that is in the box does not give you rights to head start (this is not what frogster promissed) and what most important if you try to use it before the official release your account might be banned and the key lost.

You are certainly over dramatizing things... and no you cant over dramatize all you want when its such a small, fixible issue. Oh and who the hell spends weeks saving up for a $60 game? i mean really? like if your in a that bad (unheard of situation) then why the fuck would you spend money on a game in the first place.

Should it really surprise anyone that this is Frogster we are talking about? It's funny how some went out of their way to give the typical knee-jerk answer that is was deserved or implying that the OP did something "illegal" to warrant the ban.

If Frogster keeps messing up (or do the amazing wonderful things they have done in the past) I would not be surprised if the 3 PVE and 3 PVP servers gets reduced down to 1 of each within a year. And not because of the game itself, but how they will be handling things on the European side.

I would play on En Masse servers really. I beta tested both En Masse and Frogster and I never noticed a lag difference at all.

Three sides to a story, your's, their's, and the truth... If you bought collectors and you are banned or suspended and it is not a system glitch that they are fixing then maybe you did something exploitive or rotten? And calling out Frogster here as if  they will read it at this site seems a lil' odd...

Have you talked to a GM.  The Tera website has 24/7 live chat support.  You should be talking to them.  They can help you and tell you why you were banned.

£50 is worth more than $60. According to google, it is $80. The original poster did mention that he bought the CE.

I sure would be pissed too if I had paid for a game only to discover that my account was banned straight off the bat, whether I paid $60 or $20. You should get the service you paid for. It is the principle of the thing.

Not everyone makes a huge amount of money, but a lot of people will and do set aside money for entertainment even if they are financially not well-off. Who are you to judge?

It sounds like Frogster's customer service is very poor. It seems like if you are an EU gamer, you get second-hand service...
