Beginning in May, RP questions

Greetings everyone!

I'm beginning the game when I get back to the US from France, and I'm buying a new gaming rig (well, not only for FFXIV, also Diablo III, hehe). Are there any servers that are 'made' for RP? I found some outdated information regarding a server that no longer exists post-merge, and then some servers got locked from new characters.

Now, of course, I don't mean RP-only necessarily. I'm looking for a similar environment to MUDs like Lusternia or Achaea where you are fully immersed in the world (no people saying "omg lol!!!111" and "man that did {exact number} of damage to me!!"), not necessarily that everyone is speaking in Middle English and doesn't raid at all (i.e., boring).

Browse the official FFXIV forums I'm positive you will find one. I seen posts asking when they merged for an RP server but think the RP community picked a server they would go to.
