Someone playing the Korean game may be able to tell you but the game is not even released yet here so we have no idea. I think end game is all about the Political System but then again I really dont know.
Looking at the feature list it looks like a handful of lvl 60 dungeons and corresponding heroic modes. Also the nexus events should be pretty interesting. I don't think there are any plans for raids at this moment - Trying to balance a raid with this kind of combat would be tricky to say the least.
The endgame is sort of a question mark at this point. Much like any other game, it remains to be determined if they can stay ahead of the curve and keep people interested.
Any word on Guild Housing and when will it be in game?
Probably not until the open up the new continent. Guild housing was pushed back so they could improve BGs and more pvp content (aka server wars).

they should be in game already.
Tera endgame is:
- geargrind in 5 hardmode dungeons
- rifts
- battlegrounds (not in at launch may be implemented late this summer)
there are no raids
bottom line is don't rush to max level
