I have been reading problems with the game after i tried to play.

WHOA that was a mistake.

thank god this game is free at the moment because i would definately want a refund.

I walked around the starting base for an hour only to find one real person. (creepy NPC people kept following me around though) I met him and was following him he was also new and i lost him because of the bad lighting. I didn't realize there was a fork and i didn't know where i was going. It wasn't bad enough  that i lost the only hope for me in that game but that I couldn't make my way through the maze back to that position. I tried to follow the maps but they sucked and i didn't know which way i was going.

I felt like in Myst (just way more complicated) alone and walking through rooms over and over again looking for clues to what i am supposed to do. Actually myst was more fun than FOM.

The sad thing is i have played more detailed explanation games on Nintendo and even pong makes more sense.

My opinion is they need to rename it Hell Of Mankind because thats what it is.

I guess i will put a poll to see how many other people "loved" this game.

    Not that useful a poll you have there.

    I liked the concept of the game, the graphics and the likes were alright but the gameplay needs a major overhaul.

    So none of the poll choices.

    Go to Discussions Forums and search for example "Newbie Guide".. Or something like that, read through it and I'm pretty sure it's not as close to that hard without some reading. And maybe a week ago devs said there's going to be completely new interface with tooltips, if that news is making someone more happy :)

    it good be a good game... But it need more REAL player... Not all those NPC's... I think this game got difficult ecomonics... You can mine/produce/sell things. But to make a good working ecomony you need more REAL players... Not those NPC's. I've played it for 2 days... But it started to bother me. There maybe is a good community but I saw like 4 or 5 REAL players in 2 days.... awww.... That is really boring... The whole idea of a MMO is to play with other REAL players... If I want to trade with computer player I can go play a normal PC/console game...

    the best thing to do is to get busy in ur faction im a merc and i didnt realize there were so many choices which is aweseom
