Playing NA client in Asia, possible?

Hey there, I'm living in Asia, im not asian tho, and I would love to get the NA version of TERA, but anywhere I try to get the game online, It would not even allow me to buy it cuz they would see from my IP that im located in Asia... Now what the hell?

 

is there any way of being able to get and actually play the NA version while being in Asia?
