Probabaly not, because it is release now meaning if you buy it you brought it. You only got a refund before because it was pre-order. Now its offical purchase dobut they refund. Also there was 5 cbt, 1 obt, and a head start to try it out. If you miss all of it there is really not much to do.
I'm worried about buying the NA version in case I experience extreme lag and find it un-playable.
Is there any way for me to get onto it without buying? Buddy keys, trials etc. I missed the open beta due to my internet being dead.

The lag on US server wasn't so noticeable on PvE, but it was noticeable in PvP situations, I would recommend the EU server Frogster or no.

I did this on the online chat - Keep in mind I had queried them regarding a refund a week earlier which may of influenced their decision to refund me. My brother opened a ticket the day after for a refund and he still hasn't had a reply..

Did you get any error codes? I would be surprised if they would just tell you no without trying to help you with the problem. As far as I know there is no mass issue with this happening so you might check drivers memtest, etc.

I get an ffff.ffff error code... Then i lose all the clothes i might have won, when i come back to the game.
I didn't ask for help really, just wanted to cancel because besides the error my computer is really too old to handle the game.

I'm playing the NA version from EU and I have very few issues with the connection.
I'v been disconnected twice in my journey to 40. The game itself runs great and the ping doesn't feel at all.
there have been problems with 32 bit windows xp running out of memmory but as long as you have 6 gig of ram you should be ok
I live in the UK
Playing US server I got 140 -160ms
Playing EU server I get 60-70ms

I asked for a refund because game crashes in my windows XP and they said no way, because I had used the key. I bought it in Tera EU, Frogster.
