The servers were a mess this weekend

I don't know if they patched or what, but it was a big pain.

One thing I found strange is that I was always getting latency over 500 which I never had before. One time it climbed has high as 2900 and soon after I was disconnected. Later I connected again still with latency around 300-600 but eventually it got better. Everyone I was partying with didn't experience anything.

I didn't notice much more of a lag than any other time. My problem was getting on the server to begin with and if I did get disconnected several times.

Ive only been disconnected once but I experience weird latency at times too. Sometimes its as low as 48ms other times it climbs over 1000ms. Bizzarely its still playable though!
